Paramahansa Yogananda Yogi and Guru
Paramahansa Yogananda (81983-1952) was a well-known spiritual guru, yogi and saint of the twentieth century. He was the founder of the Yoga Satsang Society of India in India and the Self-Reliance Fellowship in the United States. He was the first Indian teacher to do all the work of his life abroad. Yogananda emigrated to the United States in the 1920s. He traveled all over the United States, delivering speeches and promoting Indian philosophy and action. He gave speeches in his life, wrote books, and so on. He is the author of the spiritual book Autobiography of a Yogi. It is considered a spiritual book. In Oriya, it is translated and published under the title "Yogi's Autobiography".
