Paramananda Mohanty

Paramananda Mohanty (March 11, 1916 - August 28, 2008) was an Oriya politician. Paramananda has twice served as an MLA in the Odisha Legislative Assembly. In the 1952 and 1967 Odisha Assembly elections, he was elected to the 1st and 4th Odisha Assembly constituencies from the Dharamsala Assembly constituency, respectively.

Birth, family and education-- Paramananda Mohanty was born on March 11, 1916. His father's name is Kshetrabasi Behera and his wife's name is Ichchamayi Behera. Paramananda's educational qualifications were less than matriculation.

Political life-- Paramananda Mohanty was a member of the Praja Socialist Party and the Socialist Party in Odisha politics. He has twice served as a legislator in the Odisha Legislative Assembly.

Death--

Paramananda Mohanty died on August 28, 2008.
